Do you know the greatest secret of our skin???? The secret is that it also needs a break. Yes guys you have heard it right. Sometimes our skin seeks rest from make-up, deep moisturizer and any kinds of products. Yes applying products always on skin is not at all good. The skin begins to lose its natural glow.

So in this coming weekend if you are not going outside and your plan is to spend the weekend in home then you can give it a try.

Start your day by washing your face with plain water. No face wash no cleanser.wash-face-

If you use foundation on a regular basis, give it a break. Foundation clogs the pores of the skin. Due to excessive use of make up the skin suffers from breathing problem.

Due to the daily use of moisturizer and make up the skin stops to produce its own moisture.

The skin fails to breathe for the thick creme that covered the surface of skin. If the skin fails to get the oxygen that it requires then all kinds of aging problems will attack you.

Today i am going to share about the benefits of Tomato.

Tomato is rich in Vitamin c and other antioxidants. It contains fiber, potassium, lycopene, beta-carotene and so on. From your skin to eye, heart, hair,it is capable of taking care of your whole body.

  1. Tomato has a natural bleaching agent. It helps to lighten your skin.
  2. As tomato contains Vitamin C, it helps to make your skin glowing; you can apply tomato juice on your skin.
  3. For glowing skin and to remove tan..take one spoon of tomato pulp, 10 drops of lemon juice and cucumber juice and 4-5 drops of honey. Apply this on your face, leave it for 15 minutes and wash with water.
  4. It helps to prevent signs of aging.
  5. Lycopene present in tomato acts as a natural sunscreen.
  6. It helps to look your skin younger.

 

 

HAIR

  1. If you want to change your hair from dull to shiny. Just apply tomato juice on your hair and leave it for 30 minutes then shampoo your hair.
  2. Tomato juice helps to fight with dandruff.
